Mortgage Assistance for Arizona Families

Are you in danger of losing your home due to financial struggles caused by
the pandemic? It’s not too late to avoid foreclosure. Financial help is available from the Arizona Department of Housing through the Homeowner Assistance Fund.  This is a federally-funded, foreclosure-prevention program for Arizonans who have suffered a job loss, reduction in income, increase in healthcare costs and more due to COVID-19 and benefits can help pay for mortgage, utility, internet, property insurance and taxes, or HOA payments.

Arizona Department of Child Safety - Housing Voucher Application Request:

The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development has awarded several different housing authorities in the state of Arizona with Family Unification Program (FUP), Housing Choice Vouchers.
