You are required to register in the Vendor Self-Service Portal before bidding on a solicitation.
All businesses that receive payment from the City must be registered as a vendor through the Vendor Self-Service Portal. This includes businesses that we contract with for goods and services or people/entities that we pay for human services programs (rent assistance etc.)
Additionally, by registering as a vendor you can automatically receive bid notices, and have access to billing information and payment history.
