Glendale is committed to providing safe and affordable housing for low-income families and individuals. Our Public Housing Program offers 155 apartments in three rental communities, with one to four-bedroom options. Families are placed in homes based on their size and availability. Before moving in, we screen each family to make sure they qualify.

We also have Housing Choice Voucher and Project-Based Voucher programs. These programs help eligible families rent homes in Glendale. With a voucher, families pay a portion of their income for rent and utilities, making it more affordable. Participants must follow program rules, such as completing annual checks and allowing inspections.
