The purpose of the Residential Landscape Improvement Program is to address neighborhood blight and mitigate front yard code violations with the help of homeowners and volunteers. With this pilot program, neighborhoods are determined using data from the U. S. Census as well as high densities of code violations and blight data.
If your neighborhood is selected to receive assistance, you will receive a post card in the mail with a date you will need to contact us about the program.
