Beginning May 26, 2020, City meetings will be open to the public.  Council meetings will be held at the Civic Center until further notice.

City Clerk's Office Mission Statement: To fairly and impartially provide exceptional customer service and information to the citizens, customers, and employees of the City of Glendale.

The Office of the City Clerk:

  • Coordinates all City Council meeting agendas
  • Prepares City Council meeting and workshop minutes
  • Posts agendas and minutes
  • Conducts City elections
  • Creates and stores electronic records
  • Responds to public records requests
  • Processes City's legal notices for publication
  • Codifies new ordinances in the City Code book
  • Coordinates recruitment of board and commission members
  • Oversees the City's Records Management Program
