He’s making a list and checking it twice – that’s right, Santa Claus is coming to town! He’ll be visiting kids in the great outdoors at Thunderbird Conservation Park
on Saturday, Dec. 7, from 9 to 11 a.m. for Jingle Bell Hike to Santa.

Children can take part in a hands-on craft activity before heading up the trail. Parents and kids will make their way along a moderate hike to find Santa Claus at the end! Water will be provided at the trailhead, plus a light snack afterward.

All children must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the hike. A parent or guardian must complete a waiver for minor children to participate.

This is a moderate hike; trail/hiking guidelines are available here.

Bring your camera to take photos with Santa. This event is free!

Thunderbird Conservation Park is located north of Beardsley Road, between 67th and 55th avenues. For the hike, park in the lots on 59th (enter to the west) or 67th (enter to the east) avenues, but check-in at the 59th Avenue side, near the amphitheater.

This event is free and no pre-registration is required. Mark your calendar today!
